What this site is not

Nothing on this site is an appraisal, a business valuation for legal or lending purposes, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any business. The Exit Agency is not acting as a business broker. Valuation estimator outputs are indicative ranges built from published market bands and your own inputs; real transaction prices depend on diligence and deal structure.

Using the data

State and market data pages may be cited and reused with attribution and a link (CC BY 4.0). Automated bulk scraping that degrades the service is not permitted; if you want the data in bulk, ask, and we will probably just give it to you.
