The listings business is built on bad numbers.
Today's marketplaces charge sellers to post and charge buyers for tools, then let financials walk in the door unchecked. The result is stale inventory, fiction in the cash-flow line, and buyers paying for diligence that should have happened before the listing went up.
We are building the opposite, in order: first the market data (live now, every page on this site is free), then free listings with verified financials, where revenue and owner earnings are computed read-only from the business's own books, not typed into a form.
Free is not a teaser here. The data stays free. The model is the verification and deal infrastructure, never a toll on browsing.
