What we collect

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful (page views, scroll behavior, approximate geography). Analytics cookies are on by default in the US; advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled entirely, and nothing here runs ad trackers. The valuation estimator runs in your browser; the numbers you type into it are never transmitted or stored.

The only data you give us directly is the alerts form: your email address, your role (buyer, owner, broker, or other), the verticals and states you care about, and any note you add. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) exist for security and reliability and rotate out routinely.

What we do with it

Alert data is used to send you the updates you asked for and, when listings launch, to match you with relevant deals. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it outside Vertis Group Inc and its service providers (hosting, email delivery) acting on our instructions.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe path, and you can request deletion of your alert record at any time by replying to any of our emails.

Changes

If our data practices change (for example when listings and accounts launch), this page changes first, with the effective date updated.
